CHANCE project starts on June 1, 2017

CHANCE, a new project supported by the EC H2020 framework programme and endorsed by IGD-TP, officially started on June 1, 2017. CHANCE stands for “Characterization of Conditioned Nuclear Waste for its Safe Disposal in Europe” and runs over 4 years. The project addresses the specific and complex issue of the characterization of conditioned radioactive waste by means of non-destructive analytical techniques and methodologies. 12 international partners are involved in the project.
